【原产地证书】中国-新西兰原产地证书FN如何填写？

★填写生产商的名称，地址（在已知的情况下，并提供相应生产商营业执照复印件备查），多个生产商时，要一一列出。

如果希望保密，可打“ Available to the authorized body upon request”；如果不知道生产商，可填写“UNKNOWN"

★此栏填写收货人详细的依法登记的名称、地址（包括国家）

4．Means of transport and route (as far as known)

 ★Departure Date  （启运日期）

Vessel /Flight/Train/Vehicle No. （运输工具编号）运输工具号应注明，不可简单打运输方式

★填写货物包装外箱上的实际唛头，如果没有，填写N/M，若有非英文字符、图片、表格，则需要做贴唛，此栏填写 SEE ATTACHMENT并提供唛头图片

★1、项货物对应的包装件数，，不可笼统的写PACKAGE。

2、英文品名和中文品名（中文名称不显示）

如果为混装货物，不能明确区分每项产品的包装数量，则在第一项货物前打上所有货物的包装总件数，并在最后一项商品名后注明MIXED CARGO字样。

★发票号码：发票号不能出现 *，逗号，空格，｜等特殊字符

发票日期：发票日期不能晚于开船日期及签发日期。

每项货物的FOB货值。

（正本上会自动汇总成总金额）

日期必须按正式商业发票填具。货值为正式出口商业发票上的价值，单位：美元。
